Acrison’s ruggedly built Model 101 and 130 Series Volumetric Feeders are specifically designed to accurately and dependably meter granular or pelletized (free-flowing) dry solid ingredients.

1015 Series

Acrison’s ruggedly built Model 1015 Series of Volumetric Feeders for dry solids feature a dissimilar speed, dual auger/agitator metering mechanism in a specially contoured feed chamber. Rotation of the larger ‘conditioning’ agitator produces bi-directional agitation of product within the feed chamber to ensure positive downward flow into the metering auger beneath.

407 Series

The Model 407 Weight-Loss Weigh Feeder features a uniquely configured, open platform type weighing system specifically designed by Acrison for continuous or batch weighing of dry solids on a weight-loss basis.

403 Series

Model 810 BBU

Acrison’s Model 810 Bulk Bag Unloader provides a clean, efficient and effective means for discharging a wide assortment of dry solid materials contained within various size and type bulk bags. Especially effective discharging non-free flowing materials, the Model 810 utilizes ‘controlled vibration’ for emptying the entire contents of a bulk bag, typically into an Acrison metering mechanism. The ruggedly constructed unloader will handle bags weighing up to two tons; the bags can be disposable, reusable or lined.

Model 820 BBU

Acrison’s Model 820 Bulk Bag Unloader provides a clean, efficient and effective means for discharging a wide assortment of dry solid materials contained within various size and type bulk bags.The Model 820 Bulk Bag Unloader features Acrison’s patented Model 82-SCM Bag Spout Clamping Mechanism for unrestricted access to the bag’s discharge spout for attachment to the process interface transition in an entirely clean and dust-tight manner; it also maintains the spout taut during the bag emptying process. Attachment is easily and quickly made by a strong, yet simple manually operated clam-shell clamping system.

Acrison’s heavy duty Model 105 and 140 Series of Volumetric Feeders for dry solids feature a unique, dissimilar speed, double concentric auger metering mechanism designed to accurately and reliably meter a very wide variety of dry solid materials.

740 Batcher

Developed to provide the means for supervising and sequentially controlling up to 20 individual Acrison volumetric feeders batch feeding dry solid ingredients into a common Acrison Model 403B(D) Batch/Dump Weigh Hopper, the Model 740 Batch Weighing Control System is a Microsoft Windows Program that provides all of the necessary control for accurately batch weighing these ingredients, with complete data reporting.

170 Series

Acrison’s Model 170 Series of Volumetric Feeders for dry solids are specifically designed for complete product cleanout without the need for disassembly or mechanical changes.

BDF Series

Acrison Models BDFM, BDF-1 and BDF-1.5 Volumetric Feeders combine two flow-inducing augers/agitator, counter-rotating at the same speed, with a metering auger operating at a proportional, but dissimilar (slower) speed for accurately and reliably feeding a broad variety of dry solid materials, including those considered difficult-to-handle.
