Ideal for dry bulk material handling, MEYER-MADE™ Slide Gates are reliable and designed to isolate airlock feeders below from hoppers above. The sliding gate valves help control gravity batch unloading when handling dry free flowing materials.

Meyer Industrial Diverters

The Meyer Diverter Valve offers an effective method for directing product flow from a single source to multiple destinations. Ideal for batch systems. Can also be used as a two in to one gathering hopper.

Meyer Industrial Pneumatic Screw Pumps

The Meyer Pneumatic Screw Pump is a heavy-duty dry material injection pump. It is designed to feed dry pulverized material into a pneumatic conveying line. The Screw Pump works where other dilute phase feeders have failed due to problems like abrasive wear, friable materials or fine material dust. Unlike rotary airlocks, which require tight clearances to seal against the conveying air, the Screw Pump design utilizes conveyed material to form a seal. An integral gate prevents blow-back when priming or running empty.

UD Series

MEYER Universal Duty Series airlock valves provide the customer a great valve for low pressure conveying and dust collection applications. These units utilize one piece rotors with cast machined housings for a superior seal. All units utilize permanently lubricated outboard bearings insuring low maintenance.

HD Series

The Meyer Heavy-Duty Series airlock valves provide maximum versatility in the most severe applications. Each model offers an engineered cost effective solution to the customers needs. These units all have outboard bearing construction with an inboard packing design for maximum life and reduced maintenance. All rotor and shaft designs are oversized to eliminate shaft deflection and fatigue. The HD Series provides the right valves for any application.

SV Series

The Meyer Sanitary Valve Series is designed for fast disassembly, cleaning and re-assembly of the material contact surfaces. The Kwik-Klean® and Klean-In-Place II® models are specifically designed to be cleaned without tools and removal from service. Valves are available in standard cast iron, stainless and sanitary designs.

CV Series

The Meyer Custom Valve Series airlocks are highly specialized. These units are designed to handle oversized large material, high pressures or extreme temperatures. These products all provide an engineered solution to your most demanding system requirements.

C Series

The C-Series Double-Flapgate Airlock Valves are designed for high-pressure applications up to 20 psi and temperature extremes up to 1,650˚F or higher depending upon the application.Meyer is the only manufacturer to offer a double-flapgate product that can operate reliably in pneumatic conveying systems at these pressures. The C-Series is available in both the “short” low-profile HPSC model and the “tall” high-profile HPTC model. Both models are offered with a choice of pneumatic, electro-mechanical or gravity/counterweight actuation. A triple flapgate configuration is also available if better suited to your particular application.

A Series

The A-Series Cast Double Flapgate Airlock Valves are designed for medium-pressure applications and standard temperatures to 650°F. Their cast iron housing, White Iron/Ni-Hard seats and flaps make them an economical alternative to rotary valves. These valves are designed for dust collector, precipitator and cyclone applications where maximum pressure differentials are 83″ WC (3 psi). They can also replace traditional rotary airlocks experiencing premature wear. The seats and gates can be re-ground extending the working life of the valve.

F Series

The F-Series Double-Flapgate Airlock Valves are designed for low-pressure basic dust collection applications with maximum 30″ WC pressure differentials, where low cost is critical and a rotary airlock or slide gate is unnecessary. Operating temperatures for the F-Series are normally in the 250°F range. Used under cyclones, baghouses and collection hoppers, these double flap valves are a low-maintenance and dependable alternative. Just tell us whether you want yours with gravity/counterweight or air-operated actuation.

Dust Tight Slide Gate

Meyer Air-Operated Dust Tight Slide Gates add an extra dimension of control to bulk material handling systems. Designed for use in free-flowing solids, granules or powder form, they can be installed to control flow from outlets of hoppers, silos, mixers, screw conveyors, truck train or ship load-out systems, etc.

Maintenance Slide Gate

Maintenance Slide Gates isolate components in the system for easy removal and emergency shut-off. Meyer Maintenance Slide Gates are economical and reliable components used to isolate rotary valves below from hoppers above to control gravity batch unloading. These gates deliver a positive shut-off of material flow for service or replacement of the system rotary valve without the hopper being emptied.
